Some changes have been made compared to our first prototypes:

• 1. The friction surface is now closer to the gearbox, which means the second disc sits even closer and better on the gearbox shaft. This ensures even better power transmission and minimizes hub wear.
• 2. The friction surface itself has become thicker, allowing it to absorb more heat and thus protect the disc on the flywheel.
• 3. We removed the weight from the edges (now longitudinal slots) and integrated it into the friction surface, positioning the rotating mass closer to the crankshaft pivot point.

An approximately 8 kg version will follow, and the VW VR6 & R32 Turbo 6-speed RCS200 flywheel will be released next week.
